This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund or cancellation for plan packages purchased from Boostplant through boostplant.world. We aim to handle all requests fairly and transparently in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Digital Products
Our plan packages are digital services delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you receive access to assessment tools, personalized plan content, micro-switch libraries, and related materials. Because these are digital products, standard return conditions differ from physical goods.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- You request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase and have not accessed or downloaded the personalized plan content
- The delivered plan contains a significant error that we are unable to correct within a reasonable timeframe
- The service was not delivered within the stated timeframe and no revised delivery date was agreed upon
- You are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law due to a major failure in the service
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:
- You have accessed, downloaded, or begun using the personalized plan content
- The request is made more than 14 days after the original purchase date without a qualifying reason under consumer law
- You simply changed your mind after receiving and reviewing the completed plan
- The free assessment tool was used but no plan package was purchased

Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Plan Revisions
If you are not satisfied with specific elements of your delivered plan, we offer revision requests as an alternative to refunds. Contact us to discuss adjustments to your plan blocks, switch selections, or scheduling within the terms of your purchased package.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Return Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our services fail to meet consumer guarantees โ such as being fit for purpose or matching their description โ you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the conditions stated above.
